Introduction

I work with adults to aid them on managing daily and life stressors, help them learn and break unhelpful thinking and behavioral patterns, manage anxiety and depression symptoms, as well as build up self-esteem through psychoeducation. Through active listening and support, my treatment philosophy involves helping clients improve their whole self, well-being, by processing, teaching self-advocacy, creating a supportive community, and developing tools to cope and work with their concerns. My empathetic nature helps clients build trust so they can focus on their goals with support. I am a child-free, neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and sex worker- affirming therapist. I enjoy learning, research, and am driven to incorporate evidence-based practices in therapy. I utilize eclectic therapy with a semi-structured approach, emphasis on talk/processing therapy for support. My educational interests are ADHD treatment, sex therapy, and trauma informed care to expand my knowledge and ability to help the community. I am willing to have a conversation to determine how to make therapy more affordable for you if you are uninsured or not using insurance for services. I do not require verification of income for private-pay options. Email today if you are ready to understand more about yourself, improve your well-being, and gain support.
