I am a Marriage and Family Therapy student intern at the The Center for Postpartum Family Health, where I support individuals, couples, and families navigating the emotional transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Becoming a parent can bring joy, but it can also bring stress, anxiety, relationship changes, and feelings of overwhelm. I strive to create a compassionate and supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. My approach is rooted in family systems therapy, and I work collaboratively with clients to strengthen relationships, build coping skills, and navigate life’s changes with greater confidence. I especially enjoy working with expectant and new parents, couples adjusting to parenthood, and individuals experiencing anxiety or major life transitions. As a student intern, I work under clinical supervision and am committed to providing thoughtful, ethical, and evidence-informed care.
