My ideal clients feel emotionally overwhelmed, stressed, or stuck in patterns that feel hard to change. They may struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, or the effects of past trauma while managing responsibilities at home, school, work, or in relationships. Many want to better understand their emotions, feel more grounded in their daily lives, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating to others. They are seeking relief, clarity, and support. I help clients build practical skills for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and healthier relationships. I work collaboratively and tailor therapy to each client’s needs. I am especially mindful of how cultural identity, family dynamics, and lived experience shape mental health and healing. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’re already carrying a lot. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. Therapy with me is supportive and nonjudgmental, and we will work at a pace that feels right for you when you’re ready to take the next step.
