Mercer Boatright, Associate Licensed Counselor, is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Mercer primarily works with children, teens, and young adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges with compassion and utilizes an eclectic approach. His areas of experience include anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, adjustment challenges, and families affected by chronic illness. While these populations are his primary focus, Mercer welcomes clients of all ages and backgrounds. He is committed to empowering individuals to discover their strengths, make meaningful changes, and lead a life of purpose. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll probably find him outside. Mercer loves hiking new trails, traveling, and finding quiet moments in nature away from the day-to-day rush. He also enjoy photography, reading, golf, tennis, pickleball, and working in the yard. When fall rolls around, Saturdays are for football with family and friends—or picking up a new hobby that catches his interest. Mercer is currently under the supervision of Maura E. Cain, Ed.S, LPC-S.
