Introduction

Maybe you found my profile because you’re wanting help managing your neuro-spicy brain, or your relationships are in a tail spin, or just wanting to make sense of all the things going on in life? Maybe you need help putting words to the deep emotions, conflict, and hurts? In my work with clients I aim to untangle the mess, collaborate on where to go next, encourage accountability, and provide education for true growth interpersonally and internally. With couples, families, and individuals, I offer nonjudgemental care that is not faith-based and always queer-affirming. Your truest self is welcome, always. have a passion for understanding and supporting neurodivergent individuals (ADHD/ASD), and couples where one or both are neurodivergent, teens and their families, and women struggling before, during, and after pregnancy. I also frequently help individuals who work in the healthcare fields who are struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, mania, etc. Through a client-centered approach grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, I strive to empower individuals, couples, and families to embrace their unique strengths. If you're ready to embark on a journey of growth and transformation, I'm here to support you every step of the way with resources, accountability, and a dash of humor.
