There is no person you wouldn’t love if you knew their story. This is one of my guiding principles in life, especially in my work as a counselor. I believe that clients make significant changes when they understand what led to the development of their problems and the factors that maintain current symptoms. Together we will address unhelpful thought patterns developed in your past and your present behaviors to create sustainable strategies and hope for the future. Every person is unique and I use a tailor-made approach supported by evidence based practices for each individual client. I can help you find freedom from anxiety, OCD, body image issues, disordered eating, and other issues.
