Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with broad clinical experience treating adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I work with clients who experience a wide range of symptoms and concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, Autism, OCD, ADHD, and addiction. I have also worked with many people who have experienced trauma and emotional abuse. As a combat veteran, military spouse, and Purple Heart recipient, I understand how busy life can get with daily stress becoming an ever-increasing burden. It might seem like others don't get you, leaving you feeling alone, trapped and shamed. If you feel worn out, mentally drained, on edge, or like your thoughts do not bring you peace, I can help. Using evidenced-based practices, I bring a pragmatic, ND-affirming, non-judgmental approach to each session. I have specialized training in helping people living with anxiety disorders such as social anxiety, panic, phobias, PTSD, and OCD. I believe you already have everything you need to start your wellness journey. You might just need some guidance to make the pieces work together. Let's partner together to build the kind of life you find rich and satisfying.
