I specialize in helping adults ages 18-35 navigate challenges and foster healthy relationships through empowering, goal-oriented therapy. With over 20 years of experience, I use a neuroscience approach to challenge and reframe negative thinking and incorporate central nervous system regulation techniques to help reduce symptoms and support emotional and physiological balance. Together, we work to find the root cause of difficulties and progress towards a sense of resiliency & well-being. I also have extensive experience working with educators. I help young adults navigate complex relationships, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm in today’s fast-paced, highly connected world. As a young-adult therapist, I help clients understand how thought patterns impact emotions and experiences, and reshape unhelpful thinking to support emotional regulation and healthier relationships.
