I’m so glad you’re reaching out for support. I specialize in working with adults who tend to be hard on themselves—people who give so much to others that they sometimes forget to care for themselves. When self-compassion feels out of reach, it can show up as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, or stress-related illness. Together, we can help you find balance—so that caring for yourself becomes just as natural as caring for others. Psychotherapy can help clients manage anxiety, move through depression, reduce or even overcome chronic pain and other neuroplastic (brain-based) physical symptoms, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. I integrate Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy, parts work and EMDR to support trauma healing, emotional expression, and recovery from neuroplastic symptoms. Neuroplastic symptoms can include: * Back, neck, wrist, hip, foot or shoulder pain that lasts 3 months or longer * Abdominal and pelvic pain * Migraine or tension headaches * Fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue * Tinnitus, TMJ or unexplained dizziness * IBS and bladder issues * Chemical, food and mold sensitivity Therapy with me is a space to live more authentically, strengthen your resilience, and transform life’s challenges into opportunities for growth and joy. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and deeply supportive. I welcome people of all backgrounds and identities, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and people of all sizes and abilities. With the right support, you can reconnect with your true self, nurture self-compassion, and create a more vibrant and meaningful life.
