I am passionate about working with women struggling with life transitions, self- esteem and relationship issues. My goal is to empower you to find balance in your life, joy in your relationships and compassion for yourself. I have a special interest in working with mothers on parenting related stress, as this is something I can intimately relate to. I use a cognitive behavioral/mindfulness approach (primarily using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques) to help you develop new ways of coping with stress and negative self-talk, as well as discover how to make room for what is most meaningful for you in life. My approach as a therapist is goal oriented- together we will work on finding solutions that work for you so that you feel empowered to help yourself during challenging times.
