Introduction

Hi, I’m Ellen. I’ve been practicing therapy since 2018 and have worked in mental health field since 2012. I am a Licensed Social Work Associate Independent Clinical in the State of Washington. I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington, Seattle. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals as they navigate pain, uncertainty, and significant life changes. It has been incredibly rewarding to witness their journeys toward growth, self-discovery, and healing. I believe healing happens when we feel seen and supported for who we truly are. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where every part of your story, your emotions, background, and identity is welcome. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic pain, anger, and burnout. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, drawing from techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. Together, we’ll focus on healing old wounds, rebuilding self-trust, and creating sustainable changes that nurture your mind, body, and spirit.
