Welcome! I believe deeply in the value of being seen, heard, and held as our full selves. My work is grounded in compassion, respect, and authenticity. I consider it a privilege to sit with people, to witness them — whether they are processing grief, trauma, identity, or life transitions — and to support them in discovering their inner capacity for healing. As a mixed-race cis & queer woman of Jewish-Tunisian and French heritage who immigrated to California in 2014, I bring a multicultural perspective that deepens my empathy and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds. I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients—adults, teens, and couples from diverse backgrounds, identities, and life situations. I have experience supporting people navigating anxiety, depression (including postpartum depression), grief, trauma (relational or systemic), neurodiversity, parenting or major life transitions, identity exploration, abuse (including domestic or emotional abuse and systemic oppression), and relationship or attachment challenges.
