Introduction

Metanoia knows that we are not only wounded within in the context of our relationships with others - we also heal within relationship. We search for meaning, and are restless until we find our point of reorientation that transforms everything. Our clinicians know that we are sojourners alongside you, continually re-orienting and turning-toward the Good. We would be honored to work with you. Therapy is a relationship - we build trust over time through shared experiences. The first couple of sessions, you get to know each other, why you've decided to come talk, and how you'd like for things to be different a few months from now. Most people seek out counseling when they've noticed that something is no longer bringing them Life, or that they have lost their Way or their why, and they need to find their way back Home. There's a lot of suffering in the world, and no one in this life can take away the pain. But the hope is that we can be with you in it, and accompany you through your process.
