Starting therapy does not require having everything figured out. You may simply know that life feels heavier than it should, your usual ways of coping are no longer working, or you are ready for something to change. I support clients from early adolescence through late adulthood who are navigating anxiety, depression, mood concerns, relationship difficulties, and periods of stress or transition. I also have a particular interest in chronic illness and pain, personality disorders, women’s issues, and pregnancy and postpartum mental health. As a working mother of six, I understand how quickly personal needs can get lost among responsibilities, relationships, and the demands of everyday life. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in meeting you where you are. Therapy with me is a space where you can feel heard without judgment while we make sense of what you are experiencing and identify practical ways to move forward. Together, we can work toward strengthening coping skills, improving emotional well-being, and helping you feel more confident and in control of your life. Whether we meet through Telehealth or in-person, my goal is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where meaningful change feels possible. If you are considering therapy, I would be honored to help you take that next step.
