Being an adolescent can feel exciting, confusing, scary, and everything in between. Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem, friendships, family conflict, life transitions, school pressures, or simply trying to figure out who you are, you don't have to do it alone. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the feeling that you have to have everything figured out. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation. Together, we'll build practical tools, explore challenges, celebrate strengths, and work toward the goals that matter. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Counseling, and person-centered techniques to help clients build confidence, manage emotions, improve relationships, and develop healthy coping strategies. Taking the first step can be intimidating, but you don't have to have the perfect words or know exactly what you need. We'll figure it out together. I look forward to being part of your journey.
