I’m Micah Leach, a Clinical Social Worker Candidate at Bozeman Therapy & Counseling. I work with teens and adults, and I believe healing happens in safe, genuine relationships. My goal is to offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what you’re facing at your own pace. Many of the people I work with are navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions or painful relationship patterns. Our early experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others, and therapy can help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and gently shift it. Together we can work on understanding your emotional responses, healing attachment wounds, easing anxiety and self-doubt, and building a kinder relationship with yourself. My approach draws on attachment, humanistic and trauma-informed theory, with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) at the heart of it. I work from a holistic perspective and welcome clients from all backgrounds with respect for each person’s dignity and story. Outside of sessions I love skiing, being outside, traveling, and spending time with friends, family and my dog, Ollie. I see clients in person in Bozeman and online across Montana.
