Introduction

I'm Michael Albright, LPC Associate, and I work with individuals (high school aged youth and adults), including members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as well as those who seek a counseling experience grounded in Christian values. My areas of focus include: Recovery from pornography use, masturbation, and other unwanted or compulsive sexual behaviors (male/female, youth/adults) Healing from marital/relational betrayal trauma and broken trust (female/male, adults only) Life transitions & adjustments (male/female, youth/adults) Relationship difficulties (male/female, youth/adults) Anxiety (male/female, youth/adults) I draw from a range of evidence-informed therapeutic approaches, tailored to what will be most effective for your specific needs and goals — not a one-size-fits-all method. We'll work collaboratively to build a treatment plan that reflects your needs, so the time and resources you invest lead to real, meaningful progress. As an LPC Associate, I practice under the supervision required by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council, which means you receive dedicated, personal care with an added layer of clinical oversight. If you're ready to take the next step, I offer a free 15-minute consultation — a straightforward way to ask questions and see if we're a good fit. I'd welcome the chance to talk with you.
