THERAPY FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO BE UNDERSTOOD, NOT FIXED A less clinical and more conversational approach to therapy — rooted in presence, reflection and honest dialogue. If you’re here, you’re likely curious about how this work actually unfolds, and whether it’s a good fit for what you’re navigating. My Approach I offer therapy that’s grounded, conversational, and responsive to the person in front of me. Rather than focusing on labels, diagnoses, or rigid methods, we focus on understanding—your experience, your patterns, and what feels most alive right now. I don’t approach mental health or addiction as one-size-fits-all problems, and I don’t work from any single theory or method. My allegiance is always to the individual. I aim to stay curious, present, and honest, and to engage in real conversation rather than perform a clinical role. Therapy, as I practice it, is collaborative. Will This Be a Good Fit For You This work is often a good fit when something in your life no longer feels aligned—when familiar ways of relating, coping, or moving forward stop working, and you’re left with questions rather than clear answers. People come to this work for many reasons. Often, it includes experiences like anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship difficulties, questions of identity or purpose, or struggles with habits or substances that no longer feel aligned. Rather than treating these as problems to eliminate, we explore how they function in your life — what they’re responding to, what they protect, and what they may be asking for. In our sessions, we’ll slow things down—talking and reflecting as we pay attention to what’s happening internally and between us, and exploring meaning, relationships, and the ways you move through your daily life. The focus isn’t on fixing or forcing change, but on developing clarity, awareness, and flexibility over time. Next Steps If this approach resonates, you’re welcome to reach out or schedule a session. There’s no pressure to know exactly what you want to work on — we can begin there together.
