Clients in my practice are often seeking help to address quality of life, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship problems, or life transitions. The combination of an accepting, non-judgmental and open therapy relationship, along with specific skills training to manage emotions, increase self-care, think constructively, and communicate more effectively is often beneficial for recovery.
