Introduction

I'm a Biracial, Bicultural, Genderqueer, Pansexual trauma therapist, and I bring my whole self to this work. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, dissociation, OCD, attachment challenges, and emotional dysregulation—with particular expertise serving BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. My approach is deeply personalized, weaving together evidence-based modalities like EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to meet you exactly where you are. I believe therapy is about unlearning the patterns we've normalized and relearning how to truly care for ourselves. It's about reclaiming your power and choosing what serves your thriving, not just your survival. I work with young adults, adults, and elders across individual sessions, classes, and coaching. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both telehealth and in-person appointments, accepting multiple insurance plans including Oregon Health Plan, Medicaid of Oregon, and other insurance groups.
