I believe that every season of life brings its own set of challenges. My passion is helping adults, married couples, and teens navigate those difficult times with compassion and practical tools. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and I am a graduate of Liberty University’s Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. I primarily use Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Gottman Method for married couples. My work tends to focus on issues with anxiety, depression, relationships, boundary setting, anger, and coping with grief and loss. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, attending church together, and playing music.
