Hello and Blessings, I’m truly glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable and unsure. I want you to know that you do not have to carry life’s challenges alone. I hope to provide a safe, compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, respected, and supported exactly where you are. My 21 years of Army military service, along with my Master of Divinity/Pastoral Counseling, have given me a deep appreciation for resilience, sacrifice, transition, faith, meaning, and the many different experiences that shape a person’s life and relationships. I enjoy working with people from many walks of life and cultures, including adolescents, adults, seniors, veterans, and military families. I support individuals and couples who are navigating marital and premarital concerns, blended family issues, parenting challenges, adolescent (teen) distress, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), emotional & relational intelligence enhancement, anger management, grief counseling, and spiritual guidance. It’s natural to feel uncertain about beginning therapy. Questions about cost, trust, or finding the right fit can make reaching out feel difficult, and many people share these concerns. Finding the right therapist matters, and you deserve to work with someone who helps you feel safe, understood, and supported. Move at your own pace; when you feel ready, I will be here to support you. Therapy is not only for moments of crisis; it can also be a place to gain clarity, process emotions, strengthen your relationships, and begin creating meaningful life changes. I view therapy as a collaborative journey built on trust, openness, respect, and genuine honesty. You are invited to share your story at your own pace, in a way that feels safe for you. Through an Emotionally Focused Therapeutic approach, we can work together to understand your emotions better, strengthen emotional regulation, and create healthier patterns of connection with yourself, your partner, family members, and the people who matter most to you. Thank you for considering me as part of your journey. It would be a privilege to sit with you, hear your story, and support you as you take meaningful steps toward healing, growth, and greater connections. When you are ready, I look forward to beginning this conversation with you.
