Introduction

Welcome Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, anger, obsessive thoughts, or ongoing conflict begin to interfere with your peace of mind, your relationships, and your ability to achieve the life you want. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and practical environment where you can develop the skills needed to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and inner peace. Together, we'll work toward helping you meet your goals, enhance your relationships, and feel better. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anger management concerns, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. Together, we identify the underlying patterns that contribute to emotional distress and develop practical, evidence-based strategies that promote lasting change and meaningful personal growth. A unique aspect of my practice is my Peaceful Conflict Resolution approach. Drawing from evidence-based therapies—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems Theory—along with principles inspired by the martial art of Aikido, I help clients respond to conflict with clarity rather than reactivity. You can learn how to establish healthy boundaries, communicate with confidence, recognize unhealthy power dynamics, and protect your inner peace without sacrificing your values or compassion. Whether you're struggling with persistent anxiety, depression, obsessive thinking, anger, relationship conflict, or the emotional effects of difficult life experiences, therapy can help you gain practical tools that foster emotional balance, healthier relationships, and a renewed sense of purpose. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and focused on helping you create meaningful changes that extend beyond the therapy office into your everyday life. My hope is that every client leaves therapy with greater self-awareness, stronger coping skills, healthier relationships, and the confidence to pursue their goals while remaining grounded in their values and preserving their inner peace. When you feel better emotionally, your relationships often become stronger, your decisions become clearer, and you're better equipped to create the life you want.
