Counseling Michael Hope
Specialties: Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Abuse Survivors,

Introduction

I’m Michael Hope, a licensed counselor and the founder of Mi Hope Therapy in Vancouver, WA. I began my work in mental health and addiction treatment over a decade ago and have specialized training in trauma recovery, including certification in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an advanced form of EMDR. I work with adults facing PTSD, anxiety, depression, codependency, and the lingering impact of childhood or relational trauma. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based—helping you process painful experiences, build resilience, and reclaim a sense of peace and purpose. Healing is possible, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
