Introduction

My approach to therapy is working psychodynamically and relationally, which just means that our relationship will be one that is built on trust so you feel comfortable exploring what’s underneath the surface that might be causing you stress in your life today. I want you to feel seen and heard. And my goal is to help you uncover obstacles or patterns that might be blocking you from living your best life. Having spent a decade working in the entertainment industry, I know first hand the challenges that come with it. It can be immensely rewarding and exceedingly tough all at once. I see a number of clients who are writers, actors, musicians, songwriters, producers, directors, and executives.
