Introduction

I launched my Christian private practice in November 2025 with my spouse to offer Christ-centered, biblically grounded therapy that honors both your mental health and your faith. As a behavioral health therapist, I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, and more. I blend evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and existential work—with Christian counseling whenever it feels right for you. I believe excellent communication, collaborative goal-setting, and genuine curiosity about your inner world create the foundation for meaningful change. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and accept most major insurance plans. Whether you're processing past hurt, managing present struggles, or exploring deeper questions about meaning and purpose, I'm here to help. I'm currently accepting new clients.
