Improvement, contentment, and living a more fulfilling life are what most people are striving toward. But it’s frustrating, exhausting, and at times debilitating when your own mind seems to keep you from it. I work with individuals struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, OCD, and other mood disorders, as well as the patterns that keep them from moving forward. I tend to work well with clients who are intellectually inclined and interested in understanding the underlying causes of what they’re experiencing — not just at a surface level, but in a way that leads to meaningful change.
