I take a person-centered approach that values each client’s individuality. By tailoring therapy to your unique mind, body, and spirit, I aim to support you in identifying what matters most and move toward your personal goals. My style is collaborative, warm, and engaging, offering a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. I believe therapy is not about being told what to do, but about working together to uncover obstacles, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change. I find joy in truly listening and connecting with clients, and I love learning about people’s experiences both inside and outside of session. I also enjoy sports, cooking, visiting museums, and trying new restaurants, which helps me stay balanced and connected to life outside of work. To me, therapy is a supportive relationship where you can feel accepted and free from judgment. There's nothing wrong with you and you don't need to be fixed. Instead, therapy provides the space to slow down, sort through your thoughts, and discover new ways forward with guidance and encouragement.
