I believe therapy should feel real, not clinical. Life is hard, relationships are complicated, and most people are doing the best they can with what they’ve been given. My role is to meet you where you are, help you make sense of what’s happening, and support you in creating meaningful change. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating stress, conflict, life transitions, and emotional challenges. My approach is direct, honest, and compassionate. I won’t just nod along; I’ll challenge you when it matters, while making sure you feel understood and respected. My treatment approach is grounded in evidence-based and relational models, including emotionally focused therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and narrative therapy. I specialize in relationship issues, communication breakdowns, anxiety, trauma, and patterns that keep people feeling stuck. I see growth as something that comes through discomfort, not avoidance. Together, we’ll look at patterns that are keeping you stuck, build practical tools you can actually use, and help you move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and intentional. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start. You just have to be willing to show up.
