Introduction

People often reach out to me when anxiety, depression, grief, or major life changes leave them feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward. These experiences are human, not failures, and you don’t have to sort them out alone. I earned my Master’s in Counseling and have worked in a variety of outpatient settings, including higher-acuity programs. My style is warm, direct, and practical. I rely on evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT and partner best with clients who are motivated and open to trying new strategies. You are the expert in your own story. My role is to come alongside you, help you make sense of what you’re carrying, and support meaningful change. If you’d like to see if we’re a good fit, I’m glad to offer a brief consultation.
