I bring honesty, humor, and a nonjudgmental approach to therapy. I'll support you and I'll gently challenge you when it might help—with compassion and respect. I don't take myself too seriously, and I welcome laughter even when we're working through difficult things. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCASA), I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and elders facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach combines practical strategies with curiosity about your inner experience, drawing from Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I help you explore patterns, navigate difficult emotions, and develop a better relationship with yourself. I offer both individual and group sessions via telehealth or in-person, accept Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield, and am currently accepting new clients.
