Introduction

I got into this work because of my passion for helping people. I believe healing happens in treating the whole person wholistically (Mind, Body & Spirit) through a trauma-informed approach. Our physical, mental, and emotional lives are deeply interconnected. When one area falls out of balance, it can ripple into the others, affecting overall well-being. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space while working collaboratively with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, major life transitions, grief and self-esteem issues. Together, we develop healthy coping strategies while also creating a treatment plan tailored to your goals, strengths, and values.
