Introduction

I am a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY #17703) with over 25 years of experience in conducting neurodevelopmental and psychological assessments and helping families. My approach to psychological testing is warm, structured and thoughtful, as I strive to provide clear answers for families who want to understand what drives their child's challenges and need guidance on how to best support them in their journey. My practice specializes in psychological assessment focused on diagnostic evaluations and neurodevelopmental disorders (primarily ASD/ADHD) and individual and family psychotherapy for children, adolescents and young adults. Areas of focus include anxiety and stress management, behavior management and parent coaching. I use a foundation of strength-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while incorporating play therapy and skill-building therapeutic strategies.
