I believe something pretty simple: everyone has stuff. We all carry experiences, patterns, fears, and stories that shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. Sometimes those patterns help us. Sometimes they keep us stuck. I don’t believe therapy is about fixing what’s broken—I believe it’s about understanding yourself in a way that helps you move forward with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. That belief is what led me to develop Core Connection Theory (CCT), a framework built on the idea that healing begins when we feel deeply understood. Not just by the people around us, but by ourselves. When we reconnect with who we are beneath stress, self-doubt, and the expectations we carry, lasting change becomes possible. As an Associate Clinical Counselor, my role isn’t to tell you who you should be or to have all the answers. My role is to walk alongside you as we make sense of what’s been weighing on you, recognize the patterns that no longer serve you, and build practical tools that help you create a life that feels more connected and meaningful. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in psychoeducation, but above all, it’s human. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, without pretending, and without feeling like you have to have it all figured out. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply trying to understand yourself better, my hope is that our work together helps you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your own voice, and more equipped to build the life you want to live.
