My approach to therapy is collaborative, holistic, and client-centered. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to explore their challenges, build insight, and develop practical tools for growth and healing. Despite potential discomfort that may accompany this process, that is where growth begins! Whatever you may be going through, it does not have to be done alone. Within therapy, you can be heard, seen, and validated - no matter how big or small your problems may feel. Being uncertain of where and how to start with therapy is common; however, together we can make a comforting transition into figuring out your specific goals.
