Hi, I’m Michaela. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I’m passionate about creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are; no pressure to have it all together. Life doesn’t move in neat, predictable stages, and neither do we. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, relationship stress, burnout, insomnia, neurodivergence, or other issues, I am committed to meeting you in whatever stage of life you’re in right now. Maybe you’re in survival mode. Maybe you’re in a season of transition. Maybe you’re functioning well on the outside but feel overwhelmed internally. Wherever you are, we can start there. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, strengths-based therapy, and person-centered approaches to tailor treatment to your individual needs. I focus on building practical coping tools, emotional regulation skills, healthier boundaries, improved communication, and deeper self-awareness My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I’ll validate your experiences while also gently challenging patterns that may no longer be serving you. Therapy doesn’t require you to be in crisis to begin. If you’re feeling ready for support, clarity, or simply a space that’s yours, I would be honored to work alongside you.
