I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan—from adolescence through adulthood. I support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, and spiritual concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, grounded in evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to each person’s unique needs. I believe meaningful change happens within a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship where you feel understood and respected. Together, we work to build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and support lasting emotional and relational growth. I take a holistic view of counseling, considering the connection between mind, body, and spirit. For clients who find it meaningful, I welcome the integration of spirituality and faith into therapy. When desired, I also offer Christian counseling in a respectful and collaborative way that aligns with your personal beliefs and values, always integrated with evidence-based care. I earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling from Huntington University and have additional degrees in Psychology and Elementary Education.
