Hello- and Welcome, I’m Michele Life doesn’t always follow the path we imagined. Relationships change, children grow up, careers shift, losses occur, and sometimes the roles we’ve carried for so long no longer fit the person we’re becoming. There are seasons when we feel overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, discouraged, or simply uncertain about what comes next. If that’s where you are right now, I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate it alone. I believe counseling should be a place where you feel heard, respected, and supported. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can talk openly, explore difficult emotions, discover new perspectives, and move toward the life you want to create. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, moral injury, relationship concerns, stress, life transitions, and challenges related to self-worth, identity, and purpose. I also have a special interest in working with veterans, first responders, clergy, parents, and others who have spent much of their lives caring for and serving those around them. Counseling is my second career, and I believe that both my clinical training and my life experiences have shaped the counselor I am today. Life has taught me that growth isn’t linear, healing rarely happens all at once, and every person’s story deserves to be met with compassion. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, discover your strengths, find your voice, strengthen healthy boundaries, develop effective coping skills, and heal from experiences you never should have had to carry alone. Together, we can explore your values, identify what truly matters to you, and work toward creating a life that feels more peaceful, authentic, and meaningful. If you’re ready to begin, I invite you to take the next step. You don’t need to have all the answers before you reach out. Sometimes, all you need is someone willing to walk beside you for the next part of your journey.
