Introduction

I bring many years of clinical experience working with adults navigating some of life's most challenging moments—from anxiety and depression to trauma, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. I've worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and that breadth has shaped how I approach each person's unique needs. My practice centers on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused approaches, and Attachment-based work, allowing me to meet you where you are and help you build the skills and insights needed to move forward. Whether you're working through relationship dynamics, processing past trauma, managing addiction, or facing an existential crossroads, I'm committed to creating a space where you feel heard and supported. I work with individuals and couples, and I offer telehealth sessions for flexibility and accessibility. I'm currently accepting new clients and happy to offer a free 10–15 minute consultation so we can explore whether we're a good fit and discuss your therapy goals.
