Introduction

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Seeking support takes courage, and I believe every person deserves a compassionate space to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. Healing begins in relationships where people feel safe enough to be fully themselves. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted, even when exploring the most painful, confusing, or vulnerable parts of their lives. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, and emotional healing. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I utilize EMDR, CBT, CPT, ACT, DBT skills, mindfulness-based interventions, somatic approaches, and trauma-focused treatment to support meaningful and lasting change. I also incorporate Jungian-informed approaches that help clients explore unconscious patterns, self-limiting beliefs, and deeper aspects of themselves to promote self-awareness, healing, and personal growth. I believe healing is not simply about reducing symptoms—it is about developing a deeper understanding of yourself, strengthening your resilience, and creating a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. Wherever you are in your journey, you do not have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to support you on your path toward healing, growth, and well-being.
