I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families to explore their experiences with curiosity, compassion, and authenticity. Growing up in New York exposed me to rich cultural diversity and also shaped my curiosity about belonging, identity, and representation. I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy. In my work, I help clients reflect on how relationships, culture, and life experiences shape the way they see themselves and navigate the world. I offer a supportive space to process emotions out loud, gain new perspectives, and develop ways to respond to challenges with greater clarity and intention. I believe you already hold the capacity for healing and growth. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you slow down, make meaning of your experiences, and move toward deeper connection with yourself and others.
