I am an LPC in Pennsylvania and a LCMHCS in North Carolina. I use a relational approach to hold space for clients to focus on what is most important to them. I utilize a Person Centered and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy approach. I have over 10 years of experience working with emerging adults, young adults, and middle-aged adults. I spent 16 years as a faculty member in Counselor Education & Supervision and currently serve as the Assistant Director of Training at NC State University. I also facilitate a support group for doctoral students working to complete their dissertations. I offer professional development trainings on a range of topics include burnout prevention, stress management, making changes last, imposter phenomenon, and building psychological safety in supervision and work settings.
