Introduction

Hello, I’m Dr. Michelle Butler, and I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and valued. My heart has always been drawn to helping children, women, and families who have experienced trauma, emotional neglect, grief, or difficult life transitions. Through my work as a psychotherapist, speaker, and workshop leader, I strive to create a safe and compassionate space where people can breathe, share their stories, and begin to rediscover hope. I am passionate about helping others recognize their worth, build healthy connections, and find peace through grace, faith, and emotional healing. I also believe that healing can happen in simple and meaningful ways—through kindness, laughter, relationships, animals, gardening, creativity, and faith. Whether I am working with a child learning to care for a garden, supporting someone through painful experiences, or encouraging families toward healthier relationships, my goal is to offer warmth, encouragement, and practical tools for growth. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside people during vulnerable moments and to remind them that healing, restoration, and joy are possible.
