I work with grief because I've been shaken by it myself. That experience doesn't make me the most qualified therapist, but it does mean I can sit with you in the darkness without flinching. I know what it's like when loss rewrites everything you thought you knew, and my own grief has taught me how to hold space for others doing this painful work. I work with all forms of loss - the death of someone you love, the loss of identity, relationships, health, dreams, and the losses that don't fit into neat categories. Whether your grief is fresh or decades old, whether it's recognized by others or invisible to the world around you, it deserves to be witnessed. Your loss is valid. It needs space to be seen, felt, and honored - not rushed, fixed, or compared. My role is to create that space where you can do the hard work of carrying loss while still finding your way forward. We'll move at the pace that's right for you, not the pace the world thinks you should be moving. If you're looking for someone who understands that grief isn't something to "get over" but something to integrate and live alongside, I'd be honored to walk this path with you.
