Introduction

I am a board-certified and licensed clinical psychologist who helps individuals better understand what’s driving the stress, patterns, emotions, and challenges they’ve been struggling with—and, more importantly, what can actually help. My background includes extensive experience working within a large, complex healthcare system where I’ve supported adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma-related concerns, burnout, relationship difficulties, and other emotional challenges. That experience has allowed me to work with people from many different backgrounds and with a wide range of needs. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns they can’t fully explain, or unsure of how to move forward. One of the things I focus on early in treatment is helping clients make sense of their experiences in a clear and manageable way. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and active. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe being honest and vulnerable without fear of criticism or shame. While I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I tailor treatment to each individual’s needs, goals, and strengths. My goal is for therapy to feel focused, supportive, and genuinely useful, not just a place to talk, but a place where things begin to make sense and meaningful progress can happen. Currently, I offer Online Therapy via Telehealth in: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CNMI, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NH, NV, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV, WI, and WY through PSYPACT.
