Starting/returning to therapy is always a meaningful step, and you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. I’d be honored to support you as you deepen your self-understanding and work toward your goals. In our sessions, I bring humor, curiosity, openness, and compassionate care. My hope is to create a space where you feel safe exploring your thoughts and feelings, including the parts that feel uncertain or difficult. I work with kids, teens, and adults facing anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, life transitions, perfectionism, relationship issues, stress and burnout, suicidal ideation, and trauma. My identity often informs my work. As a Third Culture Kid and former international graduate student and competitive athlete, I understand the unique challenges that shape who we are and our journeys in life. I strive towards a therapeutic space that is relatable and pragmatic, focusing on meaningful connections and collaborative efforts. In my work, I use a variety of therapeutic modalities tailoring my work to each client's unique needs. My work is grounded in integrative relational psychotherapy; I often draw from evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches including CBT, DBT and mind-body practices. I invite you to reach out and see how we can work together to help you meet your goals.
