Introduction

Welcome—I'm so glad you're here. Therapy offers a powerful space to feel heard, gain insight, and move toward meaningful change. I work with clients of all ages and have spent the past several years supporting individuals on their unique paths to wellbeing, growth, and self-discovery. My unique experience includes working with individuals with autism, anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, relationship challenges, life transitions, those with child welfare involvement, and individuals navigating special education services, as each of those individuals strives to meet their goals for therapy and achieve the life they desire. I have advanced training in TF-CBT, CAMS, and BCBT. I specialize in creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach is rooted in the belief that you have inherent worth and the capacity to grow. Together, using a person-centered, solution-focused approach, we’ll work toward the meaningful change and fulfillment you envision. Whether you're seeking support through life's many challenges, have a new diagnosis you hope to better understand, or you are hoping to discover your inner strength, I will work alongside you to promote, repair, strengthen, and maintain the well-being you deserve. I’d be honored to join you in discovering your elevated pathway to wellbeing.
