With nearly 30 years of counseling experience, I support individuals, couples, teens, and families through life’s challenges. I earned my psychology degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and my master’s in clinical psychology from Roosevelt University. I specialize in couples counseling, grief and loss, life transitions, and family relationships. My client-centered approach integrates CBT, solution-focused techniques, mindfulness, and Gottman and Emotionally Focused Therapy methods. As a Christian counselor, I offer faith-based support when desired. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, strengthen relationships, rediscover hope, and move toward meaningful healing and lasting change.
