Introduction

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help you better understand yourself, heal from past experiences, and develop practical tools for lasting change. I most enjoy working with adults who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. My practice is especially welcoming to LGBTQ+ individuals, creatives, writers, artists, and professionals navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, or creative blocks. I especially enjoy helping clients who feel stuck, whether because of anxiety, OCD, trauma, ADHD, perfectionism, or major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. Over time, I hope clients leave therapy with more than just symptom relief. My goal is for them to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges, and practical tools they can rely on long after therapy ends. Meaningful change is possible, and I’d be honored to be part of your journey toward healing and growth.
