Introduction

Do you have paralyzing anxiety that makes it hard to concentrate or live in the moment? Do you feel unable to see the brightness in your life because of the dark depressive clouds above you? Are you struggling with dealing with a painful past which has left you feeling hurt, worthless, hopeless and very stuck? Trauma, anxiety, depression and other issues all affect your brain/body functioning. Hearts can race, minds can spin, palms can sweat, heads can be foggy and you may feel as if you are constantly in danger even when you aren’t. I have over 21 years experience working with adults with trauma, co-dependency, CPTSD, depression, anxiety, low self esteem and other issues. I combine active listening, creativity, humor, patience and empathy.
